Applications must contain the information required under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Where applicable, email address, telephone number and fax number should be provided; the application should primarily include the applicant’s full name, signature where required, identification information, notification address and the subject of the request.
Applications will be evaluated and concluded within the periods and in accordance with the procedures prescribed by applicable legislation. Where a written response is provided, no fee will be charged for the first 10 pages; for pages exceeding 10 pages, a processing fee of TRY 1 per page may be charged.
